DAY 4. Educator SPEAKERS

Conscious discipline

Holding on to hope: Using Conscious Discipline to reignite excitement and hope as educators.

Conscious Discipline offers a brain-based approach to help you become your best self, in your work and in your life. In this session, you’ll discover the transformative power of the 7 Powers of Conscious Adults—practical concepts designed to guide you through life’s challenges with regulation, resilience and composure. With a strong emphasis on self-care, this approach reminds us that to support others effectively, we must first nurture ourselves.

If you’re feeling burned out, this session will empower you to recharge and shift your mindset for a fresh, positive outlook. Walk away refueled and ready to embrace a life-changing perspective that prioritizes your personal growth; empowering you to make a lasting impact on others.
