Jill Amos is an expert in mental health and addiction services, with a career spanning nearly two decades. Holding both a master's degree in human relations and her own lived experience in recovery, she combines professional knowledge with personal insight. Her career with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services began in 2005 and culminated in her leadership roles as Manager of the state's Peer Recovery Support Specialist Program and later as Director of the State of Oklahoma's Employee Assistance Program during the COVID-19 pandemic. After leaving her state position to prioritize her own well-being, she joined C4 Innovations, Inc., where she now focuses on her passion for peer support, working with multiple states to develop and implement peer support curricula.
